This video is based on my journey from Toronto to Ottawa on a VIA Rail train. It takes around 4.5 hours between Toronto and Ottawa on a train. I have shared information about the train fare, onboard facilities and other related information in this video. The video shows the Union Station, Toronto from inside. I have shown the procedure of boarding a train in Canada. Also includes GO transit train which operates in and around Toronto.

As much as I love your videos, this Canada trip and the hospitality of the Canadians (be it general public or VIA rail staff) makes me wonder when can we have so calm & convivial people in our own India !! In fact I think there's no such thing called a perfect world and even if it does exist then it has to be in our expectations only. Travelling like Varun Bhai restores my faith in humanity giving me hope that being good reciprocates with more good. And there are enough people in this world who are receptive to good people. In general I am quite disappointed with the way we Indians travel by being more of a nuisance than adding any value to oneself or the place of visit. Via Rail is one of the best here in Canada. They have their own packages if you want to go for Canada coast to coast via Via Rail. I remember my first experience from Ottawa to Montréal via Via Rail and Ottawa to Toronto. I would say the best time (from my experience) of the year to travel and get on the Via Rail is in the falls and winter. You’ll get to see scenic beauty during the falls and snow covered during the winter. So grateful to live in Canada.
