Outside kitchen plumbing - Underfloor heating faults

It is not often as a plumber you get to work outside, in the sun, in beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed it while it lasted!
We start off installing a new Quooker Fusion instant boiling hot water tap and Ariston water heater for an outside kitchen.
We then use the Topdon thermal imaging camera to assist us with a underfloor heating fault.

Did one similar a few years ago with a load of blue seal lpg commercial catering kit next to the customers swimming pool. Was a great set up

Never seen a manifold with the pipe on the opposite side of the flow. It's passing the actuators before the pump? Does it just use that pump when the mixer valve is fully closed?

Probably not. There is a glass roof going on though.
