Good explanation to the operation of the unit. However, I have a question to ask you. Can this unit run simultaneously as an inverter while the battery source is being charged ?

On my 2016 RV the lights and everything work fine if you're running off the alternator (chassis engine running). But with City power and generator power everything just gets dimmer and dimmer until it shuts down. Does this sound like a bad battery to you? Or does it sound like an incorrect setting on my inverter?

It would be nice if the camera had shown the unit instaed of the wall surrounding it. I could not see what was on the screen, so no matter how nice an explanation - the video was pretty much usless to me.
