I always say / post Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube & I always hit thumbs up before i watch the video & i can always change that vote , but never have had to, i use canadian bacon ( sliced thin as i have a commercial grade meat slicer )instead of prosciutto because we can't get that here in Kentucky , & this is a great, delicious looking recipe. I watch and make multiple of your video recipes! found this channel shortly after my Nonna passed away and you for sure have a lot of her recipes almost the exact same way hers tasted. This channel has brought me so much joy, i look forward to trying something new each week when I do groceries. My Nonna had a lot of her recipes written down. She made a really great Tomato Basil sauce with diced tomatoes and basil from her garden over Bow tie pasta. it sounds simple, but she never left a written recipe for it. Is this something you could do?

Hey Pasquale . This another recipe that I'm going to make for my wife. I have made your stuffed chicken for my wife and her sisters about three times now. Why do some Italians leave off the last vowel in words like Prosciutto and Mozzarella and other Italian foods? I've been to Italy in many different regions, and they all pronounce the words with the last vowel.
