2 onions
250 grams of mushrooms
2 red bell peppers
1 zucchini
200 grams of mature cheese
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons paprika powder
2 teaspoons dried basil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 x 400 gram can of diced tomatoes
125 milliliters of whipped cream
100 grams of spinach
