Oven Roasted potato Fries

These oven roasted potatoes were super easy and they were so good.
I used some small read potatoes washed them and then boiled it with some salt until my fork went through it easily.
I seasoned with some cooking spray, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt then I added a little bit of olive oil.  makes that together, put it on a baking sheet with parchment paper and you can use a cup to mash each potatoes down.  you’re going to have some remaining spices left in the bowl. Use a pastry brush to brush on the spices onto the potatoes.  bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
The Sauce.
 For the sauce, I just added some mayonnaise, spicy honey, mustard, ketchup chili powder, paprika, some mango habanero sauce, and I just mixed it all up together. feel free to add or  eliminate whatever you’d like.
