I don't proclaim to be any kind of expert at cooking turkeys but this seems to be one of the best ways that you have come up with. For those of us who live in warmer climates, we may have to be a little more creative keeping the turkey cool while it is soaking in the brine. If I don't comment before you head out to get your truck, may you have safe travels. I hope you get one that you like.

Can you skip the brine on an enhanced turkey (butterball or shadybrook farms) since it’s pretty much pre-brined and still cook it hot and fast with good results?
