For anyone who doesn't know because he still hasn't stated as such, when crafting mods the chance to craft a rare or epic from an uncommon spec IS level gated. I've made hundreds crunch and armadillo mods while my level was in the teens and haven't gotten a rare or epic. And its not just me, other people have confirmed this on reddit, rare seems locked to the 20s and epic to the mid 30s idk about legendary. For the record Im not trying to shit on Eso or his vids this is just crucial information so you don't waste 10+ hours at low levels trying to make some of these things work ie this weapon and character build as well as the high armor rated vids. I appreciate him showing all this off as well as all the free gear hes shown off but just understand that your not going to be hitting for a mil or be unkillable at a low level.

Crucial info. However I will say that it's good to know to build for later levels. Build with all green mods, then blue, and so on as they become available. I know most players know this, but in the off chance a newer player comes across this, don't get discouraged playing with a "sub-optimal build" its all about the journey to god-like status.

I had to figure this out the hard way. I ended up just leveling to 50 down there in Pacifica, as I was tired of shit being level gated and wanted to be able to play with builds. I've done the epic Armadillo armor mods thing (at level 50, I just crafted 100 Armadillo mods and I had enough Epics to fill most of my armor. I stopped at around 3200-3500 armor as it seemed like 6000 was super overkill, but I'm definitely not "unkillable" like ESO seems to be. Regular bullets don't do dick to me, but melee weapons will wreck my shit and it seems like if the enemy weapons deal Shock damage or something I get destroyed, despite having the Cyberware that makes you immune to Shock.

@@VerbalVantage try Overwatch(panams gun). It shoots thru any cover. Ping enemies to highlight them, aim, and shoot. Walls don't matter, it blows thru all cover, even multiple layers of it. Don't need a big mag size if you aren't engaging, and instead are just shooting from where enemies can't even see or shoot you.

If you stopped Panam from getting revenge on Nash, you can still get this gun. Right after you and Panam save the camp while riding on the floating tank thingy, there is a lot of loot on the ground from all the dead bodies. I guess Nash's group was in there if you didn't already kill him. Grab all the loot asap when your character gets out of the floating tank and Widow Maker should be in there somewhere. Do not talk to anyone or the story will progress with the nomads moving location and the loot possibly despawning.

I've been telling everyone I talk to, this rifle is OP. Get any kind of radar or ping going and then just wallhaxx the entire game. Even without any spec into rifle damage or tech weapons, this thing still pops off. I use it on my melee character to pick off snipers and netrunners at a distance. It's crazy good.

I recently found out from another channel called TagBackTV, a mod you can add that'll increase the damage of your weapons even further. Doesn't matter what it is as well as it turns out. It's a legendary version of Short Circuit that you can add to your operating system. They said that at legendary, Short Circuit's effect will also transfer to whichever weapon you use and it has the highest damage output for that type of mod of 6,000+

I just found the coolest looking visor for a net runner/hacker build. Go to the Regional Airport Fast Travel point, look at your map, south of your location is a road that runs East-West, travel this road. Along the side of the road is a burned up car with a net runners body lying next to it (you dont have to leave the road), search the body for a data shard and read the message. Immediately after reading it a "Reported Crime" quest will appear in your quest log, go to the location and inside the container is a legendary visor called "Antisurge ICE-Protected Netrunner Infovisor". There is no quest marker to start this quest you simply have to find the burned up car and body. I found it randomly on accident.

I'm at lvl 47 and my widow maker can deal 900k on a regular and 1.2-1.7 mil on occasion without putting tons of fortuna and bully on my body. I didn't pay attention to its stats when I rolled it out (no crits) or else it could've dealt even more damage than that but it does have a 3.3 charged multiplier so it does the job.

Another great thing about this build is that there are plenty of Perk Points left over to do other stuff. Many of your Perks also affect handguns so with just a few points in the Handgun skill tree (which is already easy because it's also under Reflexes), you can get insane damage with Handguns too. I did this because I don't like dragging a rifle around indoors so I wanted Handguns to work for me too.

Check your inventory thoroughly before buying any cyberware mods. The legendary versions you’ll have to buy, but lower levels often drop during quests or exploration. I had several optical mods, including the weak spot detector, in my inventory way before I upgraded my Kiroshi optics.

If you craft the epic mods you can stack, even if you don't you can still stack. You'll have to apply it, leave the menu completely, come back and apply the next epic in the stack. Alternatively, you can switch to a different weapon, apply mods there, then re-select, load the weapon and go apply one more epic mod to the stack. This works for armor as well.

You and everyone else playing this game should double-check if fhe stats actually apply. The 2x crit stuff for your eye does not stack as the clothing. Always quick save and check the stats to see if there is an effect. Same goes for level 20 cold blood or blades etc. Vast majority of them are bugged, capped or simply have no effect at all. You can test them for yourself quite fast

Just wanted to mention that the increases from stats are counted from 4 and up (since you start with 3), and the description isn't entirely accurate, so when it says 2% per point it's actually a little less and you must multiply it by your current stat value -3. So it's 17x1 or 17x2 and so on, when you have 20.

Just to clear up a misunderstanding of crafting higher quality mods like rare or epic quality armadillo and crunch mods, you don't need to put any attributes in technical or spend any perks in the crafting tree, its based of your character level and you can craft epic quality mods even without any perks, you just need to be a high level. But you will need those perks if you want to upgrade your iconic weapons to higher quality ones.

I haven’t tested this but in theory short circuit passive can be really op. Basically it involves the fact short circuit legendary passive has no cool down and only problem is you can’t proc multiple times with things like shotgun. But that doesn’t matter since the iconic smg problem solver exist (which is bugged so effect only works at legendary , you get during riders in the storm) which has 20 bullet a second fire rate and since critting every hit is easy technically you could have like 20 short circuit go off a second. So basically alone since short circuit does about 8k passive wise it should do about 160k dps without considering gun so it solves net runner build problem of low dps

*READ THIS IF YOU DID NOT FIND THE WEAPON IN THE CAVE* I watched this video after having done the quest without the revenge option, so the guy did not spawn for me even though I happen to wander there and find the Caliburn car, the was not a single soul there. I thought I would never find a weapon as good as this. Long story short. Go back to the factory where you rescued Evelyn from. It's in Arroyo East between the Long Shore south and Republic East travel points. I found a Legendary Achilles there in the basement....... legendary! Thank me later

I'm pretty sure it fires 6 projectiles, not 12. The description is a typo. It should say 6 instead of 2 (just 6 not 6x6 off course). Alternatively it could say "1 extra projectile". there could have been a misunderstanding between developers. One said to other: "write that it shoots 1 extra projectile per shot". The other thought "I'm just gonna writhe 2 then, that's simpler". Not realizing that the non iconic version (Achilles) shoots 5 so 1 extra is 6. All evidence points to it being 6, not 12. wiki says so and also if you compare the firerates of widow maker and Achilles it's 12.41 VS 10.34 which means they both shoot 2.068 times a second and respectively 6 and 5 projectiles per shot. And they both shoot through walls.

Critical damage and chance r displayed in a right way as it's like in the Witcher 3 game, my advice to u is to see how your damage, critical dmg and chance goes up when u r start to shoot get back into the main character menu and u will see the increase of all stats! Dead Eye and movement speed mods do not work. Bully and Fortuna works but do not stack, even when put on different pieces. Stacking causes them to cancel each other's effect. The +Crit Chance on weapons adds to the Crit chance on your stat page. So, +20 crit chance on weapon +20 crit chance on the stat page leads to %40 crit chance total. As long as the weapons crit chance and stat page's crit chance adds up to 100% I crit every single shot.

You are wrong, 20 attribute points in Reflex, only gives you 16% crit chance, the game rounds up numbers, it's something under 0,8% crit chance per attribute point. Similar with Cool, one point only gives you 1,75% not 2%. When you craft weapon the game has three DPS number variants at each character level, each of these three variants can be achieved by a different combination of statistics as a crit chance, crit damage, charge multiplier, head-shot multiplier, elemental damage. So you want to do save and load, until you reach the best numbers. Also another fail is to mod cloths with Bully and Fortuna, which can't be stacked, you can use only one, not per cloth, but per character. Deadeye, Predator and Zero Drag does not work completely, fix is needed. It's not like game don't show stats, you crit every shot, cause character card does not shows weapon modifiers and perk modifiers, these are only applied ony weapon card. And to see it properly on weapon you need to hold it. Then you have to add up the crit chance and crit damager from character info with crit chance and crit damage from weapon card. That is why you don't have only 88% crit chance but over 100%, cause rest of the % is on the weapon alone.

I do appreciate your videos and thank you for making them, however it needs to be said for future viewers and new players that epic crunch do in fact stack together as well as armadillos as long as they are either crafted or bought and NOT duped, thats when your stats gets weird when you stack duped mods, the game reads it as one/single or whatever. I have tested probably most if not all iconic weapons with different combos of mods like crunch, pacifier and penetrator, and took down notes, some weapons benefit from all crunch mods and some benefit from combos of crunch, pacifier and penetrators, you just have to be patient enough That being said, i came here because i must have re-rolled the widow maker a 100x and i could not get it to have either a crit chance stat or crit damage stat, good on you for getting the crit damage stat

I can confirm that you don't need any perks from the crafting tree to make epic mods, I'm level 3 technical with no perks in that area whatsoever and I'm crafting epic weapon and clothing mods regularly.

If you chose to not help panam with nash, you can get it later on in the basilisk mission. After you get to drive it for the first time you have to kill some militech guys, after you kill them one of the guys will drop it.

I know how to get a cool fast car in cyberpunk 2077 First you need to complete ghost town and then keep doing side missions with panam and then once you have completed all of panams missions you can go and get the car which is in the clan camp you go and save saul and the car is called caliburn

just dropped by to say that V's Dying Night iconic pistol is underrated and OP, and most players actually scrap it or sell it early in the game and its a real shame its an automatic pistol with 21 bullet clip ( lexington pistol) with a passive which allows players to deal 50 percent more headshot dmg and fast reload, making it versatile in stealth and combat, not to mention deadly

Fenrir is a really fun gun. Fun Monk quest to aquire and lots of fun to use! Can you do Fenrir next? I rolled it multiple times at legendary and I think the crit damage is best added NOT ricochet damage, if you see ricochet damage re roll HA HA HA

@Spacellary Thanks alot. I was so far ahead in the main story that i missed it. went to nexus to install that and put the command in to get the gun, works 100%. Also I think panam popped that guy in my playthrough when we went to clear the base out so theres that too lol.

Dont get that Sandevistan mod from vic, if you goto northoak ont he far rite of the map, the rich area, theres a fast travel point "KERRY ERODYNE'S RESIDENCE" and go on to the roof you can find a mk 4 for free, and it has better specs and lower cool down time.

As much as I like sandevistan I really like the ability to use ping. It came in clutch for me when smasher came in after we kidnapped Hanako and that damn enemy netrunner was hiding with several walls and at least 15 guys in between us. Pinged the 1st guy I saw killed the netrunner adiosed the rest of the group. Turns out netrunners hurt really good on very hard when you have barely any health and resistances.

here's another 1M+ damage weapon : _Crash_ (Iconic/Legendary) + 4x _Penerator_ + Blue tier silencer = 1.2M+ damage You can literally kill *_MaxTac_* in one shot.

In games like these I'm always trying to find/build weapons that are steady, fast to reload/Lg.capacity clips, have good sights & can accept long range scopes. And lastly don't look ridiculous. After reaching these criteria I then attempt to achieve 2 shot kills (& instant head shot kills) Anything more becomes unbalanced as one shot boss fights quickly become boring as your sense of true vengeance gets diluted. I know your showing the extreme cases for academic amusement (& it is hilarious; million dam per shot) But for me the perfect weapon is on the other side of the bell curve. Be great if they do game ++ so I can play as the ultimate Corpo yuppie prick in the 3rd playthrough keeping all achievements.

My crits with a Nekomata legendary rifle are between 2m - 3m. Its not hard If you have the right specs from Assault, Stealth and Engineering.
