That 56 Olds, is my almost favourite car. In 1959, I pulled the engine from one that had been rolled, for my first swap into a chopped and channeled 34 Ford pickup. I used the hydramatic, and it made a wicked street rod.

My mom had a '55 Bel Air like that black and white one, though it had yellow and white paint and thirty less cubes in the engine. On a cool spring morning, one of the neighborhood cats took a tiltawhirl ride through the fan belt.

28:46...that Ford 9N with the missing sheet metal..looks to be a 39/40 model..definitely an early one...32" wheels with smooth hubs, and, are those dog legs and hood on the ground in front of it aluminum?...if so, definitely more than "$1500 running"!..the early serial numbers with aluminum parts and early features are very collectible! ..BTW, thanks for showing the tractors...I wish someone did a video series like this focusing on old tractors....

Excellent and relaxing video Tim. The white 1974 C20 is very similar to my 1973 C30. It is badged C30 but the VIN reads C2O. Same wheels but very heavy suspension with a Stahl work body, Sport Silver paint and Slate Blue interior. I’m retired and so is the truck but it remains handy for the gear head life. That 1974 needs a good home. Powers body, never seen one

I thought it sold under market for as straight and clean as it was. I show a neat single wheel C30 in the "Barn find big block" video. Silver over blue is one of the most attractive color configurations. You've taken care of that truck, and it has taken care of you.

45:19...that black & white is actually a good color combination on that '55 4 door sedan...it kind of de-emphasizes the fact it is a 4 door...hopefully it will find a good home which appreciates it as a survivor, not wind up butchered in a "turn a 4 door into a 2 door" fanatic like that deedee speedshop outfit or something like that...

A good friend in HS got a 1940 Mercury Coupe and installed a 57 Pontiac tri power engine in it. It was fast for the time period. Surprisingly, his was one of two in our small town of 3,000 people, the other one was a parts car that probably rusted away.

Amazing that the car that fascinated me most was the 1930 Chevy. It is normally not the aera of cars I love. I am a Fifties and Sixties car guy. But this one called: Save me please! I loved the red Diamond T truck as well. And of course watching on there was this gorgeous 46 Hudson Coupe. I would have probably saved tht one.

Around here (SC Nebraska) they were commonly called “Oneways” as you had to work a field in one direction like a plow vs a tandem disc. Disc plow is likely the correct nomenclature. Memories.

43:52..says:"1954 Chevy" on the windshield..clearly, as you have noticed, it's a '53..that "67" Ford F-100 was clearly a 68 or 69 as well...always amazing how little about identifying old cars correctly these auctions seem to know(or care)...you'd think they would get somebody knowledgeable to mark them before sale....

Super heavy duty weather beating diamond plate steel or aluminum triple bike trailer,if homemade a fabulous job & should have went into rat race trailer Industry manufacturing see little to no tie downs straps, just pushed on & one is side stand down with the other two being held up leaning on the one. But I think a precarious stack job once the poor side stand gives out all will flop over and damage each other.

No matter where I have been, either by auto, train, plane, or even ship... I forgot one... motorcycles as in more than one of those gave me a nice ride...... they took me across america to places where a vehicle couldn't go. I mentioned other ways as I also drove a truck for a short while... about fifteen years of my life in some kind of big rig was unique to areas you never see from a car seat. What they all had in common was meeting people who lived there and it was the only place on earth that they wanted to live. I live in alaska now but remember using horses for packing supplies for the U.S. Government survey teams that were finding which was the best place to build a dam. I looked at the land to be flooded and nearly cried as it was so pretty. I am a mans man and so pretty doesn't come easy for me to say. I will call some women pretty or maybe a painting is pretty but otherwise, men called in nice or great as pretty sounded like alphabet folks who claim to be women or worse. I guess what you would call me is homophobic as I was raised by men who made it very clear to me what was what and sent fear down my spine. I am seventy five come tuesday and looking forwards to this birthday for some reason. Usually its just another day and like last year someone said to me as I was at a doctors meeting... hey happy birthday! I looked at them kind of surprised because I had forgotten my own birthday but remembered kids and grandkids, and my ex's birthdays. I hope she survived the N. Carolina floods as its tough not knowing how someone you loved deeply. The car that sticks out as one I would love to own was the 59 Edsel. As a kid tho, my first love was any ford of the start like the T's and all the way up to nineteen fifty nine with the "Jelly Bean" as mentioned as my early favorites. At that time I was in wish mode at around nine or ten. A ton of forty fords with flames and side pipes, open front tires with zoomies coming out and blowing flames. My first really decent rig was when I was fourteen I made the deal to get a 3/4 ton Chevy truck. I made a ton of money with that truck and put thousands of mile on it. I do believe if possible, I would of drove from my bed to the table in it when first driving my own rig. Okay, my comment is too long and I apologize for it
