Over 27 000 arrests made by Western Cape law enforcement officers - DA safety plan

🚔 More than 27 000 arrests have been made since the DA-run Western Cape's LEAP safety initiative was launched. In Kraaifontein, 3895 suspected criminals - and counting - have been detained.

Just to show that the DA is speaking the truth: in our neighborhood in Cape Town and the 3 surrounding suburbs, 49 arrests were made in March. Proving that policing is being done here. The 2 constables communicate weekly with our Safety WhatsApp group.

One part that people forget is that job creation also fights crime. This should be one of the points here. This looks promising. Relationships with law enforcement should also be high priority and people should know their rights and their rights should also be respected. Great job DA looks good

By keeping unwanted loiters and ppl roaming streets and areas where they have no business at away to start with will keep safety in check . There are too many of these suspicious individuals walking around freely in and around neighborhood properties without any real reason. Curfew's need to be set as well ! This is why other countries have set curfews in place to help keep criminals away ! Push the criminals out and keep the citizens safe.
