Over Under Defense by Romulo Barral

In this Jiu Jitsu Techniques video, Romulo Barral demonstrates the Over Under Defense.
Here Romulo shows and AMAZING escape to the dreaded over/under pass.
It is simple but effective, the first thing he is going to do is make space so he can push his opponents head to the outside. This is paramount for success with this escape.
Once he is able to move his opponent's head he will proceed to sit up. As he sits up he is in a strong position and has a multitude of attack options.
Instead of being very offensive he will just recompose his guard as his opponent tries to sneak their head up. Timing is key.
