Her Squats are very quad dominant. Her ankles lack dorsi-flexion flexibility which is another reason for the leaning forward and arched back. Correct me if I am wrong :)

Great, But there is a little misleading in presentation! That's right that Latissimus dorsi inserts from anterior portion ( bicipital groove) of the humerus but it runs under the humerus not over the humerus as it was shown! So it acts as an internal rotator.

Hllo.first of all good work..i want to ask.latismus dorsi is shoulder extensor not flexor .so how it is over active????

Shoulder extension means your arms are falling down and back behind you. Shoulder flexion is raising them overhead. If the lats are overactive they will exert a greater pulling force down aka shoulder extension

stretch overactive muscles, strengthen underactive muscles

Maybe..Although this "idiot" still passed and is NASM certified so I can talk about the negative sides of NASMS program if I like to lol.Many many trainers complain about NASMs curriculum..And honestly you probably aren't even certified lol so watch your mouth bud.@@XPurpleVortex
