Anakin waited the whole time until Ahsoka woke up. There's no Luminara there at all. Barriss went through a literal horror, and that was the moment when she definitely needed her master's support. Where is Luminara? This is no longer avoiding emotions and ego. This is literal antipathy. I'm sorry, but seeing such a master, the only thing I feel for Barriss is compassion because I know that absolutely everyone would end up like this if they were a student of a fanatic Luminara. Her story is a tragedy because she is literally trapped and getting punched in the face by everyone. Three years of war and trauma for someone like Barriss is still an impressive.

You probably saw some variation of that comment in the chat. I think the reason why clones controlled by worms were so much smarter, physically able, etc. is because clones were alive and mind-controlled while the Geonosians were dead. Imagine a living person is like a car that a bug can just drive, meanwhile, a corpse is a car that they need to push.

Exactly what I was thinking. The clones are still alive and the geonosians were an UNDEAD army that was what made them act different. The clones were brainwashed/mind controlled the geonosians were reanimated.

I think the blue-eyed tango company can be explained by S3E1 Clone Cadets. Clones are born in "batches" and these would ideally be your squad for the duration of the war. Domino Squad (fives, echo) were all born from one batch, trained and graduated together, and were all stationed on the Rishi moon together in Rookies. I think each clones were allowed like 5 or 10% genetic variation in each batch so maybe the meiosis process occurred before Tango company's batch was separated into individual zygotes? They seem to have formed a bond over it since their armour is painted in the same colour lol

Nice! Someone said they're part of the 501st? I thought so for a second but there's a huge difference in the shades of blue compared to Rex and others in the last couple episodes. Idk, I got nothing. As far as the blue eyes go I feel bad for Ox if that's the case, get some contacts my dude

@@OveranalyzingStarWars, yeah, that was me. This is in the first year of the war, before units really started to standardize their color schemes (i.e., the orange of the 212th, gray of the 104th, and navy blue of the 501st), so this was probably when Torrent Company and Tango Company just had their own colors, before the entire brigade went with the navy blue scheme of Torrent. Probably due to favoritism on Anakin and Ahsoka's part.

Pretty sure that the reason the clones weren't zombie walking like the Geonosians is because those were reanimated corpses while the clones were still living and breathing. Just a thought, probably would be hard to move around "normally" after rigor mortis settles in, and it's not like they weren't capable of thought, like with them assisting the queen.

I do wish we had more episodes with Barriss and Ahsoka together. It’d really sell how big their friendship was and how much Barriss’ betrayal really hurt Ahsoka to her core. It’d also be really cool to see Barriss’ slow descent into the dark side. But instead, we got a betrayal that, while cool, doesn’t feel very impactful since the audience hadn’t seen Barriss since this arc. This was one of my major gripes with the Rogue Ahsoka arc.
@hehu4025
@hehu4025 Жыл бұрын
Barriss was probably supposed to have 3 story arcs for herself, but the scripts were never fully developed because the idea for her arcs was abandoned. Many fans believe this to be true. I don't know if this is true because I don't have 100% confirmation. If this is true then I suspect it might have been due to Disney's takeover. I have the impression that Season 1 and 2 focused on many characters, but the latter seasons concentrated heavily on the main characters, especially on Ahsoka. Now Tales of the Jedii would definitely be a good start for Barriss. She is a more complex character than Ahsoka and deserves to have her story explored.
@knightmare5097
@knightmare5097 Жыл бұрын
@@hehu4025 There’s a small issue with that theory. If I’m not mistaken, Disney’s takeover of Lucasfilm happened AFTER Season 5 was completed, so it couldn’t have been because of Disney, but because Lucasfilm simply abandoned the idea
@hehu4025
@hehu4025 Жыл бұрын
@@knightmare5097 But it could be that Filoni knew the takeover was coming. That's why he focused on the main characters to complete their story. Disney took over SW in 2012 and season 3 was in 2010 so the real work on it was most likely in 2009. I think it's possible because it's only 2-3 years.

2:46 If Geonosians are anything like real-world insects that live in colonies (i.e. Ants, Bees, Wasps, Termites, etc.), then the Brain Worms could be a different caste of Geonosians? We saw in the previous episode that Karina was laying large & elongated eggs that most likely hatch into "Worker" Geonosians (the regular winged ones). In Star Wars Rebels, Klik-Klak (a wingless "worker" Geonosian) had a circular & transparent egg that would eventually hatch into a Geonosian Queen or King (it's possible that Poggle could represent a Geonosian King?). So I believe that the Brain Worms are a different caste of Geonosians; it would explain how Karina was also able to control the worms.

I've always had the head-canon that Tango Company was part of a squadron that we never saw. The 76th Armored Recon Legion, led by Jedi Master Almia Karedoor (Rachnera from Monster Musume) & the Clone Commander Flashpoint (CC-4317) were on the other side of Geonosis from where we, the audience, were focused on. After the battle, they came to the staging point when the news that Poggle had been captured for re-deployment. For Tango Company, as they say, the rest is history.

Here's my 'Insert a Monster Girl character into Star Wars' OC, with just a hint of canon: The 777th Mountain Siege Legion, lead by Jedi Knight Eimiko Kalstera (The blonde haired centaur from Monster Girl Doctor), alongside her is Captain Cyclonus (CC-2110). After Shaak Ti returned to Courasant (To be in-line with ROTS), Eimiko took her place as the resident Jedi on Kamino. Sadly she's killed during Order 66, or so the clones think. She actually survived & fled to eventually find Obi-Wan, Yoda, and Bail Organa on Polis Massa. After the birth of Luke & Leia, she goes into hiding and isn't seen again until she's found by the crew of the Ghost around the time of 'Rebels' Season 2, living with Rex, Wolfe, and Gregor.

What I can say is that the only reason I'm mad at how Barris turned out because she had her own character growth that affected Ahsokas growth which was why her betrayal in season 5 hit closer to home for Ahsoka overall and what probably pushed Anakin even further to the Dark Side. I do agree Barris should have had more time on screen. My guess about the worms is that it’s a direct hijack of the brain, in every sense. The reason the the clones don’t worm the same way as the zombie Geonosians is the same reason why driving a military jet fighter doesn’t go the same as driving a rusty old dumpster car. Same driver, different vehicle. And let me tell you, you’re gonna act a lot more tactically if you have an actual brain to use instead of a corpse.

Poggle‘s title „the lesser“ does not indicate his importance in the hierarchy but his upcomings. He is from a low Geonosian caste but was able to climb up in ranks, hence, “the lesser”. Also, Poggle is officially “head of state” (or head of planet) for geonosis and does all the actual politics, while the queen just stays in her cave. The only thing she seems to directly control are her zombie-geonosians. So yeah, with the capture of the head of state, it’s pretty likely the war would end for the geonosians.

There could be mutilple reasons why the worms effect the clones differently than the geonosians but I fairly certain none of the zombified geonosians we saw were alive when the worms took over their body. The clones are alive and thus they still have the benifits of stuff like a fully functional brain and stuff like that.
@satyagrahaa
@satyagrahaa 7 ай бұрын
The Geonosian warriors are zombie-like because they are dead. The clones were still alive and in peak physical condition, while the zombie geonosians were clinically dead. This also explains how they retook geonosis: they simply revived all their fallen with the parasites. My guess would be that the worms work without the queen, the queen just plants the eggs. The parasites’ sole objective is probably to spread as wide as possible, as parasites do.
