After years working in programming, Ivan founded his company, Demigos, where he now serves as CEO. There, they develop and design IT solutions for startups and companies, having a focus on healthcare for the past 4 years. In recent times, to the challenge of leading his company, Ivan had to add a great difficulty: doing it in a war zone. Is this Lyceum, he shares his experiences and learnings with us.
