Hear me out people, what if they did an episode where they all try each of the spotlights??! Like EVERYONE shares an exposing story (like Lisa), and shares a current crisis (Amy), and does a couple hot takes (Lauren) etc. It would be so interesting and let us know you more!! Please consider (spread the word, I would die if they actually did this!!) 🤞🙏❤️❤️

I just finished watching Dani's video about beauty standards and now this podcast - I want to say thank you! It is so important to speak up about these mindsets in our society and encourage people to love themselves. I believe you guys are helping many people out there who are struggling with their body image. I can agree that unfollowing those whose posts make you feel uncomfortable and bad about you and your body does help alot. Some years ago I noticed that I sometimes felt like that, unfollowed, and started following body positive accounts. It has helped me sooo much! I almost forgot that there are still many people who don't believe that they are beautiful and worthy! So to you, reading this comment. First of all, thank you for listening, and secondly, you are allowed to love yourself

Sorry for the long comment but wanted to share this with you guys. Before watching the lyric video of I am Enough. I made a art journal. Where I put the insults I used to say to myself or others say to me. Also asked some other people if they did the same thing and if it would Be okay to use them. Over that I wrote I still exist I am Enough. After suffering from depression starting at the age of 15 and ending at the age of 17. It helped me alot. Over a year ago when I was 17 god told me to look at myself through his eyes. This year god reminded me of that during quarantaine through your videos. And I made a 180° turn of how I dealt with stress and anxiety. I started journaling and made the decision to make my room my happy space. (Where I always was during the worst point of my depression) I can say looking back at this last few weeks I can say I completely said goodbye to my old (bad) thinking habits. And you guys made that happen. I am Enough. And so thankful for you guys. And what god did through you

Dear girls, Thank you so so much for your podcasts! They really make my day, I enjoy your precious company, your stories and advice A LOT. I would really appreciate it so much if you could do a podcast on the complications of adult friendships. Maybe if you could discuss about people who have been in our life since forever and we are emotionally attached to them, but can also be toxic and not good for our mental health.... It would mean a lot, I kinda need a perspective on the topic and I guess many people would find it helpful. Thanks again for everything!!! 💗

Love this episode and all the input about the comparison culture. Being someone who grew up in this culture, I really learned that even though it may be a natural instinct to make a comparison with other people or even with your past/future self...making a conscious decision to stop and acting out on those decisions can prevent the comparison cycle from having a domino effect to what lies ahead. Love you girls for bringing up this topic. ❤❤❤

The stories about thinking you have to have achieved something at a certain age because someone else your age has too is so true. Im fifteen and i always think i have to be famous or something to be special because there are other people my age who are famous or have already achieved so much. And its sad because 15 is still young and i still have plenty of time to just live my life. I dont need to be famous to feel special, but i dont know how to stop myself from thinking that i do.

Hi Ladies , I really hope one of you see this and can answer my question! I’m 21 and have been married for almost a year but in this relationship for 4 years now and everytime my husband wants to go have fun or do something with his friends ( which isn’t that often) I get jealous and upset that he would rather do something with his friends instead of me and our daughter and I know that it’s not fair for me to think that way since we see each other and spend time together everyday but no matter what I tell myself I still get my feelings hurt and get upset and I don’t want too, so is there anything I can do to help this situation? P.s I love y’alls channel and watch every video!
@Jayla_C304 жыл бұрын
Hey girlie, I know you wanted one of the sisters to answer this (and I hope they do see this) but I want to try to at least hopefully help. I think as the sisters were saying, it is very easy to get caught up in different feelings, such as jealousy. I think the fact that you are aware of your jealousy (and owning it) is very huge. You understand this emotion & your trying to seek help in order to overcome it (which is really good). I’d suggest maybe finding time to hang out with your friends or befriending other mommy friends (I know we’re limited becuz of covid) but by having a friend or two, who can identify with this issue may help you see a new perspective (plus it’s nice to just talk sometimes). I believe that overall you may just need someone who can hear you out & offer sound advice. I remember today my church was talking about joining/ leading community groups based on interests/hobbies/& Bible studies. Anywho, congrats on your marriage & your baby. I hope this helped a bit❤️🙏🏾
