I know that overcoming fear can be challenging, but don't let it stop you from reaching your full potential. Start by identifying the root cause of your fear and taking small steps to face it. Seek support from loved ones or a professional if needed. Remember, the more you confront your fears, the more empowered you become. Don't let fear hold you back from living a fulfilling life. Believe in yourself and trust that you have the strength to overcome any obstacle.

A great way to come into the present moment is to place your fingers on the middle of your neck, lefthand fingers on the left side righthand fingers on the right side. Drop your shoulders, smile, breathe calmly and leave them there until you feel any tension melt away. This is a very simple Jin Shin Jyutsu practice, which balance out all emotions like anger, fear, and brings your awareness away from the past and future into the present moment. It also reduces negative thinking and leaves you with a sense of higher power watching over you. What it also does it interprets fearful situations in a positive way, doing in your conscious thoughts but also your subconscious mind, which turns negative or anxious emotions into positive and exciting emotions, because on a bodily scale anxiety and excitement are nearly the same, but it's your interpretation of the situation which colors it negative/unpleasant or positive/enjoyable. It also transforms (self)destructiveness into constructive behavior. Try it once a day,regularly....I do it when I am lying in bed before sleeping!!! Just as Dandapani said, when you're present in the moment fear cannot exist. It's only when your awareness snaps out of presence you may feel it again.

Great advice, where do we place fingers? On the front middle or back middle of the neck ?
@CryptoKaiser
@CryptoKaiser 3 жыл бұрын
@@katrinruss3449 Just reach to the back of the neck and place the left hand fingers on the left middle of neck and right fingers on right middle of neck, halfway between where your skull ends and your shoulders start. You can leave the thumb out, the other four fingers are fine. the energy point there is actually a pretty big area, like all the energy locks in Jin Shin Jyutsu it has the size of the palm of your hand, so you can't miss it.

HELP: It’s easy to explain to someone how not to worry about missing a show. The worry is unnecessary. It is not the end of the world. How do I help my 25 year old friend who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and will leave his family behind? This is not fear of the unknown, it is fear if the very known. Please advise

What about a fear that I didn't take advantage of an opportunity in the past. Or this negative feeling I get when I think "I shouldn't have stopped a favorite hobby, I should have developed it more, I would be happier now if I had." It seems like the past is creating fear, ...but I suppose it's really a fear that I will continue the unwanted behavior into the future, that the habits that I have strengthened in the past are unwanted and they will continue into the future. That's what I'm afraid of when I think of the past. And I think I fear not being good enough now (Which I suppose is actually a fear of not being able to handle what might come next, or a potential future negative judgement), and I think if I had taken advantage of opportunities and kept with my hobbies, I would be better. I suppose it's like a fear of having neglected preparing for what I want to do, or be doing now. Like you're sitting down for an exam that you forgot to study for, the fear is tied to the past(having failed to study) and the future(not doing good on the exam).

Whether a decision was right or wrong is based on your knowledge about its different aspects, your sense of judgement at the time of taking the decision, and your ability to follow through, whatever the outcome maybe.

Why can't Dandapani overcome the fear of telling the public of how he was asked to leave the monestay as a monk? Why does Dandapani lie to the public about how his Guru he speaks fondly about asked him to leave the monestay after breaking vows as a monk? He was kicked out, after the leader that took over after Guru Deva died he let Dandapani back in. At that point Dandapani stayed a while and then left on his own so he tells the public half truths about being a monk
