Also if you make your bed right away you will be harvesting more dust mites and other bacteria that thrive on warm moist environments. If you don't want to be sleeping with even more bugs at night, let your bed AIR OUT BEFORE YOU MAKE IT. You're welcome. ;)

What nobody tells is that distraction comes from lacking passion. If you love your work you don't mind practicing it over 14 hours. But often we are overtaken by rational mind which is so worldly. It tells us to work for money and for profit. Which is fair because after all, we have to survive. And hence there is a mismatch of what we desire and what we must do. This is the breeding point of distraction. I do not think there is an end to it until unless we become a workaholic or an artist.

Meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment. And therefore, if you meditate for an ulterior motive - that is to say, to improve your mind, to improve your character, to be more efficient in life - you've got your eye on the future and you are not meditating.

My biggest problem that I can see and feel is inability to concentrate. I'm only concentrated for the first 30-40 minutes of the morning after I wake up and since that time till the bedtime constantly something is always going on inside my head. I just feel mentally handicapped or slave. So much more of this life can be made if I can concentrate properly. How can I stop the chirping or continuous playing of some background movie/thoughts inside my mind.

Today Is Manageable. It's in my name! Thoughts begin. Emotions amplify. Actions create. I AM mindfully aware of my reality show and every episode of my conscious experience is now on vacation from death like everyone else. I have no desire for geographical locations to give me a false sense of peace when I practice peace everyday. Therefore, everyday is a vacation. I control nothing as I AM. I apply energy to people, places, things, and situations that give me a return on my investment. I will not invest in anything that does not promote returns of that investment. #personalspace

I think that practicing playing piano for 14 hours a day would make you as much progress as if you would practice for an hour a day. It's just doesn't work this way you particle a little than you rest a lot and wile you rest brain adjust information, practicing piano for a 14 hours would just burn you out. Its probably a bad metaphor correct me if I am not getting something Couse I am surely am .
