Ever since a young age I’ve watched Kalyn’s videos. It got to a point where if I was up and couldn’t sleep I’d put them on. Or if I’m anxious I’d put them on. And let me just say I’m 22 years old, going through another breakup- which is so triggering for my anxiety. It’s 4:45 a.m and I’m watching her videos to try and calm down my nerves a bit. I honestly cannot focus on your yoga flow there cause I keep watching Bentley in the corner reacting to your every movement 😂 He was like “oh here she goes again, doing this weird movement before my cuddles” At one point he was like “is that my cue to come over???” When you were trying to reach your ankle. And then seconds later worried about you when you put your head down. He even keep trying to find a good spot to get a good look at what you’re doing.. He’s so cute 💕

Love the fitness routine video. I need to try yoga. It seems like it really helps you not just physically but mentally also. Another thing your brought to my attention is I need to up my water intake. I already stay away from sodas and sugary drinks but I feel like I still need to increase my water.

I do a Sun Salutation yoga routine in the morning and I do it in MY PAJAMAS!! Helps to motivate me to get up and out of bed, if I don’t have to change into my workout clothes.

Kalyn it’s SO refreshing to see someone talk about their “intuitive” fitness routine. Throughout quarantine I’ve really gotten into fitness again, working out 4-6 times a week for 3 months but constantly thinking about finally getting the body that I always wanted. I started stressing about eating again because I wanted food to help me with the process of loosing weight/gaining muscles.. now I realize that it was pretty toxic for me, looking back I got into a disordered mindset where I wouldn’t allow myself to eat certain foods. You’re video showed me that ITS OKAY to not follow a strict schedule and work out whenever you feel like it and whatever you want to do. Thank you 🧡🤍

Namaste teacher Kalyn! :) Your yoga classes have been my favorite! I just got off of a long serving shift; my body has been taking an extreme hit this year as service in a masks hurts more than you would think.. I digress. I just wanted to say i started your video eating two types of pie..(one homemade pumpky and one apple from an apple farm nearby;) embracing my FATNESS FRIDAY. But then i meandered to my bed to chill for a second and then ended up doing that quick flow and it really was so gentle and easy. And the fact that you were randomly on a bed not pulling out the mat made it so much easier to follow along bc seriously getting on the mat is the hardest part.. im a yogi at heart but i loveeee in person classes. I am not equipped to work out alone.. i know yoga is a solo journey but i need the whole set up to relax.. I miss the teacher’s guidance and music. and being able to step away from the screen for an hour or two. But honestly your i think three flows during covid have been really nice to keep me connected.. i have like three yogis on yt that i like but it gets old watching the same video that resonates you know.. so yes! Please incorporate more yoga :) i think you are a wonderful teacher. thank you again 🙏🙏🙏

I loved the lil bedtime yoga, a lot of it because I haven’t done yoga in so long. If anything 2020 has taught me is that it doesn’t matter how long you work on your body and mindfullness as long as you make an effort to incorporate it when you can in everyday life. 5 minutes everyday/every other day is way better than half an hour every 4-5 days.
