This is not a coincidence I just found you. I am 62 years old lived with anxiety all these time while I am a believer and served the LORD. This past week all these have been brought forward. I have been to the Emergency room multiple time to find out my heart was find. It has been the anxiety eatig me alive. I realized the ennemy has been playing with my mind and soul. I lived with depression for years. Sleepless nights. I cried to the LORDE a few weeks ago my deliverance began. Its not easy I am taken 1 day at a time. Thank You

Praise The Lord for your voice to those of us that are flawed and broken. The "societal" flawed&broken. Those of us that have been subject to darker experiences. The more times a person doesn't read from his bible or pray often, the further away from God you become and those intrusive thoughts get stronger. Fervent prayer AND regular fasting AND daily reading of the scriptures not only enriches our souls but keeps us close to God and quietens those intrusive thoughts sent by the dark principalities. I needed this badly. I gave my life to Jesus in April 2023 and I have struggled mentally for the longest. I was a person who felt like I controlled my life & I knew what was best. I've used my intellect to run my life and I have truly believed I know what's best. Thoughts that I will never be loved how I need by a man and thoughts I can't be the wife my future husband will need. Thoughts God is highly upset when I sin. Yes please! I needed this. Ive struggled with PTSD and mental illness and am constantly trying to reject these thoughts that are not Christ like. I definitely struggle with intrusive thoughts. There have been times in my life when what I was thinking turned out to be true so what I would do is take matters into my own hands instead of turning it over to God to handle it. My way made the situation a million times worse. My thoughts became all consuming and darker and darker when dealing with them on my own. The negativity never stops if you don’t hand it over. You go from negative thoughts to negative actions. God’s thoughts and ways are definitely different than ours. We have to line ourselves up with him. You are a blessing and I pray that God will continue to use you and that He will bless you and protect you.

This is so true, come in closer to God has helped me more than any therapy has. I am autistic and before I knew better I used to think it was a “punishment “ but now I know it is a gift from God because I feel like I know him in a very unique way, and I have a hunger for his word, and I love sharing more about him with the people around me ❤

Johnny I have definitely been guided by the most high God to be blessed by your content. I was delivered from crystal meth, weed, and alcohol. I have been battling with intrusive thoughts since my deliverance. It has gotten better over the years as I have been diving further into Gods word. Yes amen it’s a battle it’s deep inner healing. 2 Timothy 1:7 for God as not given us a spirit of fear but a power of love and sound mind. Replace it with the the word of God.sometimes it’s emotional we got to stop having a relationship with emotions and agreeing with theme yes media movies all are life yes we need to break that habit the images the things that happen to us so Many years.
