If you’re carrying the unholy trinity, shame, guilt and judgement, I want you to know that you’re among many…some of whom have navigated these and some who continue to be pulled back by these experiences.
It may sound simplistic, even though it surely is not, but you can CHOOSE to say, “I’m going to get through these emotions and feelings and I will carry them less and less everyday until my new reality is nestled in joy, peace and love”.

I love this. The healing journey is progressive,and that's what we forget when we're going through it. The little gains move us forward,and we can't go back to being the people we were before these shifts,even when it doesn't feel like it, or reflect on the outside.

the thing a struggle with the unholy Trinity is why is it after you have done your work that other people scars have to come through your scar. Funny but true. Over time I learnt to be my own friends anything put through my path " am like who the hell are you". Yes such is life it does not make us bad human beings but rather chooser. Power of choosing who come to your circle. I call that power of mind. Anything else it just takes you in circles.

Thanks Janet...The "unholy trinity" can be haunting and apparently so can the healing journey be as well because of all the change thats uncomfortable but necessary. And yes the Holy Trinity is definitely needed too to fight this.
