Bruh, Just did my 5000 sqft renovation today. Dethatched, aerated, compost, seeded and just like yard bruh said, Peat Moss at the end. It’s gonna look goaood! My back is killing me. A lot of work. Keep mowing guys! Good night

T-zone is a mixture of 2,4-D, Dicamba, Sulfentrazone and Triclopyr. Most of the weed killing power is going to come from 2,4-D (29.32%) and Triclopyr (7.72%). You can get a lot more bang for your buck if you buy something like Crossbow which is a mixture of 2,4-D and Triclopyr. For comparison, a quart (32oz) of T-zone on domyown is $44.36 and a whole gallon (128 oz) of Crossbow from my local Coast Country store is $62.99. You can add additional chemical for some weeds resistant to 2,4-D and Triclopyr (e.g. adding Sedgehammer+ for nutsedge). I live in the similar area as yardbrah and Crossbow is what I use for large area weed control as I've found it to be the most economical solution for the area I need to treat. BTW I too just did a overseed after leveling my lawn, the weather has been colder than normal and I'm hoping it won't affect germination too much (perennial ryegrass). Low key the taller bentgrass doesn't look bad. Kind of want to see a small yard go all bentgrass and see how it would be to maintain it at like 1-1.25" for a season.

Man I like that TTTF in the back back. I’m doing a full Reno next year. I have blackout perennial rye. I may do that with TTTF mix. Idk. Dig watching

Today was my mini reno day, started by fixing a few big bare spots to make sure I have the right program down before I go all out in the spring. Dethatched with the Sunjoe blades, mixed 2:1 topsoil to sand, Blackout TTTF and Scott's starter fert with peat moss on top. Hopefully it'll be happy here in the Alabama transition zone and next spring ITS ON 🤘😂

Did a full reno up here in Canada with KBG + PR blend and the seed germinated but now have major fungus on my existing PR lawn. Whole lawn is shot :/ Was it too much watering of the new seed in an existing lawn? Fungus looks like rust and its about 17 days after the reno.

Outside temps are still hitting mid 90s high 80s where I live in socal , should I wait til it hits mid 70s before I seed? But I have a feeling that would be late mid November. Would that still be good or is that too late.
