I always liked the Conventional cab. I was 43 hrs - a run to Milford NJ. I was just interested in the work. I was allowed to run for about an hour, north of Bangor. 95 was a good road, been 40 yrs. No air ride back then. The engines had a soul. Cheers to yah, gosh its gorgeous.

Whatever it cost, it didn't cost as much as a new one. I just opted to build a 7.3 F-350 dually rather than to buy a new one. Used ones come with over 100,000 miles on them and they still cost over $30,000. Everything is new from bumper to bumper for just under $20,000, and I don't owe a penny on it. Rebuilding is the way to go. That Pete looks great.

What is the purpose of making the frame longer?
@angelaracino62366 жыл бұрын
Very nice job, what was the reason for extending the frame rails?
@scottycollins9085 жыл бұрын
They haul oversized beams & can hang over the front of flatbed trailer , therefore eliminating the need to purchase x-tra PERMITS for overlenght

Good job, very pretty truck. But the the headline said "overhaul", I didn't see any overhaul here. Just a frame stretch, a paint job, and some bling. Did you actually do anything mechanical? Tires, brakes, shocks? Adjust the clutch maybe? Just curious.
