C O R D A N A Idk about changes or anything but he definitely has training. He evaluated Aizawa just fine and got the timing right to strike. Even in this episode when he touched the guy, he died instantly not wither away slowly like Aizawas elbow, Shigaraki knew he couldn’t just slow decay Overhaul cause that’s just asking to get splatted and I think it’s safe to assume that if that minion didn’t get in the way, with Overhaul taking a blocking stance as Shiggy charged in, he’d have died there instead. I won’t spoil but I’ll just say that with recent manga chapters, I get worried whenever I think about Deku ever having to fight Shigaraki(I’m just assuming they’ll end up fighting since it’s a shonen). Shigaraki isn’t the joke he was in S1.

Without spoilers, but Overhaul would win over Tomara, because his quirk works instantly as he touches you whereas “decay” starts after the five finger touch, the only reason why Tomara killed his henchmen was because he grabbed him with both hands in two different places

Overhaul's quirk isn't so petty that it won't works against someone super strong like all might, the point of his quirk is that he can do "everything". You'll see in the future. Overhaul is superior version of Tomura just like how Mirio is a superior version of Midoriya, Someones who they have to surpass in order to become the greatest Villain & Hero respectively

Both of them had a similar power, but Tomura would win, Overhaul need sacrafice one of his guys to save him, even though they tried shoot him, and Tomura did not know he has his guys. Besides, he is a lot faster and powerfull, Overhaul barely save himself, and while Overhaul angry explote half magne, Shigaraki only touch by misteking that guy died for complete.
