I can say that the 30 secs z press, 30 secs lateral raises, 30 secs face pulls is an absolute destroyer, the most sore my shoulders have ever been. I was lateral raising air at the end hahaha

In a previous post you talked about hoping to finish in the top 3rd for circus db in a competition. In your next q&a can you talk about strategy when competing? Do you go 100% for each event potentially compromising later lifts? Do you review and prioritize events by strengths/weaknesses? Do you pace yourself in order to perform better on certain lifts? Ever since I started watching your videos six months ago I have been doing a lot overhead presses and weight pull-ups In super sets. I was going to ask that can you do these finishers as a regular workout to see how you do with these as a workout. Thanks to you my ohp is up 165 for 3x3.

I think I am killing that man. It is 90% of the way done but I think I want to put something different out man. My feelings thought the last 12 months and everything I have gone though has changed my perspective and the money just isn't worth it compared to what I want to say. So it might come man, but I wouldn't hold your breath for it. A DIFFERENT book definitely will though!

I noticed the band is lower than your head doing face pulls. I’ve only done them with the band slightly higher than the head. Does the angle change the muscles worked? I’ll have to try them that way.

i think the earthquake bar is for physical therapy. i've heard of some great success using it for rotator cuff injuries, i don't think it really has any application for healthy shoulders.

Glad to see you took my suggestion about bringing sally up with the overhead press and reversing it. It is brutal and I can’t finish it with a bare barbell let alone a weighted earthquake bar! Also works great for pull-ups and it can also be reversed to make it harder. I am curious were you able to make it through the whole song?

I workout in a commercial gym (Pure Gym here in the UK) and can’t really walk around doing waiter’s walks and all that jazz. These look like great movements though - simply because they look like the movement that we’re trying to get better at. Always a good sign 👌

5:26 New abs workout 2019 ? joke aside I can relate, Z press crushes core like crazy, I had the same problem as you but I fell in the other direction (ye on myself lol). This is that one time you are happy to train in a power rack. Great vid tho ! Btw I'd like to ask a little something, I train with your strength program but on squat day I just cannot perform jumped squat before barbell squat.. any alternative that would still boost my quads (like rows boost bench) or anything that just doesnt kills me before that excercise ?

You can do anything explosive that gets your hips going man but if jumps tire you out that much, then maybe that is showing that more work needs to be done there rather than running away from it.

just dont add the "pouring water out" queue and you should be fine. it depends on the person. the same way some people can do upright rows and if i try them my shoulders felt terrible

If you tilt your hand so thumbs are higher than pinkies it should be okay, same with lateral raise. Pinkies up cause internal rotation of shoulders - not good!

@@LoreGlobal Everyone has a different shoulder structure and this isnt black and white. For example my shoulder connective tissue gets hurt by externally rotating (doing lateral raises, upright rows, military press, bench press etc.) but internally rotating feels great. Good thing is - if youre doing it wrong it hurts right away so juwt change your technique.
