Overhead View of ARF Yacht-Master Movement Swap SH3135 to VR3135

Got this ARF Yacht-Master on my bench that had a SH3135 Rolex clone movement which is the lowest grade clone 3135 so I swapped it out for a VR3135 which is one of the better clone 3135 movements available on the market second only to the VS3135. This video includes uncasing and removing the hands from the watch. I have other videos from this same project filmed from the side this was just to give a clearer view for anyone looking to do the same and wants to follow along or just interested in watch repairs and upgrades.

It’s really not too bad although it helps to have some practice. The client was really happy with the results. It’s about $85-100 for the VR movement on AliExpress. If you have any questions or need help lemme know. The video don’t turn out the best since I’m getting used to shooting from above but hopefully it helps a little to see the steps.
