Get a lid ir use foil to tent over the food while it cooks to ktrap the heat in as much as possible since there is wind and such going on... might have a lil pew pew for protection during the night for those lurking lot lizards.

Those systems are very convenient. I love the sliding table on top. You could always make a rod holder the affixes on the inside of the topper on the left up by the ceiling and they wouldn't be right over your head when you are sleeping.
