This recipe for overnight muesli is perfect for a busy parent or working professional. Either way, you're on the go with not a second to spare, and this yummy recipe will get you started out on the right foot!
Here is what you'll need:
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 date, roughly chopped
A drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
3/4 cup coconut milk
1. Place all ingredients in a cereal bowl. Stir to combine. Leave it in the fridge overnight and pull it out in the morning. Enjoy!
