Hello Ma’am Thank you so very much for sharing such healthy, yummy and awesome recipes tried the 1 & last one. It is just out of this world. I was struggling to give up on tea & coffee which I used to drink with jaggery & powdered milk, as I don’t like cow’s milk. However, after searching & found these recipes you resolved a huge problem of mine. I am also in the. Process of losing a bit of weight & I really hope these smoothies have minimal calories. Finally I am sure the 2nd recipe must be amazing but I didn’t try it as I am not a fan of fruits unfortunately. Nice recipes....but few issues Firstly...the extra ripened bananas are high in sugar content and would cause insulin spike Secondly chia seeds should be consumed after soaking as per my research.
