Overnight oatmeal in 5 minutes. Sugar Free and Gluten Free. Even children like it. An easy and simple recipe for breakfast or dessert. Simple and very tasty. Cook with us and in a good mood.
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
2 tablespoons chia seeds.
5.3 oz (150 g) strawberries.
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk of your choice. Vanilla.
2 tablespoons honey optional.
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal. 2 tablespoons flax seeds.
2 apples.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 3.5 oz (100 g) Greek yogurt.
1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
1/3 cup (30 g) walnuts.
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk of your choice. 3.5 oz (100 g) Greek yogurt.
2 tablespoons peanut butter.
1/4 cup (20 g) unsweetened cocoa.
Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
For the filling I use: walnut, strawberry and apple.
Mascarpone or cream cheese.
