yes and no, it wont plug into a viper modules auxilary sensor port cause they different sizes, but you could hardwire into any brand alarm though..

Hi, yes of course. that's not an uncommon use - But know that in some cases you may want to add in double diodes on the trigger input wires of the sensors - IF, only IF you get a lot of false alarms. otherwise, connect them in parallel and don't even think twice about it.

Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "free bluetooth proximity software" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Norajon Proximity Packthread - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got great results with it.

I believe all new cars should be required by law to have special advanced state of the art security features of all car brands including a proximity sensor system that can be turned on if needed and locking systems. With a device that can be carried around giving you updated with words and pictures if needed. Or a cell phone application or both. As well you could make a law requiring all new cars and vehicles made to be trackable by GPS by authorities incase of a incident or something requires coordinates or detailed information on the cars whereabouts.

The only way to do that is by using a shock sensor set insanely high which would equate to alot of falsing, a motion sensor set lower is a better bet

Martin is it possible to have 2 au94tm wired to the same port of a sexurity system so it covers the whole front and back of the vehicle by placing the sensors one in front part of cabin and one in rear part of cabin?

it can see through semi solid objects like the foam a seat is comprised of, if the object is too dense it'll affect the performance adversely. your best bet is move it around and test it in a few spots to get the best location.

Good info, but I think you need to update your website. I go to alarms and all I see are pages full of keyfobs. Very annoying when you're just trying to look for alarms for example unless I type the exact model which doesn't help since I want to see what you have for alarms in this case. I also did that for radios when I was looking for a new one. Just thought I let you know. I wanted to see if I could use this sensor with any other alarm.

Hey great video. I wanting to use a proximity sensor and at least two ball bearing or mercury motion sensors for some parts that pop off easily. How can I find how many sensor inputs a system has available? Also is there a way to monitor my hubcaps? I was thinking some type short range motion sensor mounted in the fender wells. Is there any sensors that would work for such an application?

I'm not ready to buy anything yet. I still need to replace all my stolen parts, and I have to be ready to jump when they come available. I drive a hummer H3. Some of the parts a very hard to find and expensive when you do. I will be install a system before the new parts go on. I just want to know what i should be keeping an eye out for, or a ballpark on what i'm going to be looking at as far as price. what systems have the number of inputs that i need maybe 7 inputs. +Bob Truchot you will need to go with a new alarm thats capable of adding sensors like this one (they are a direct plug in type), In this car the sensor is under the rear seat by the way, I see you asked.

I saw from an earlier post that you mounted the sensor under the center console. I have been trying to find an instruction manual for the AU-94TM. Are you familiar with this unit? I am trying to determine if the module has to be mounted vertically, if it has to be mounted right-side-up, if it can be near metal, if it has to be placed higher or lower to be more efficient. Do you have any idea about any of these questions?

+tha1ndonly100 Just splice it in with your shock sensor but make sure you use diodes that way the alarm knows what sensor was set off. Also it gives you the option if you have the proximity sensor adjusted low then you still have your shock sensor as backup.

Micah Yasharal This can be added to any aftermarket alarm. Some alarms have an extra plug and play input and some only have one input causing you to splice in with the shock sensor but the trigger wires needs diodes.

You say the range is astounding but never actually give us a viable test on said range. No one does it seems. Has anyone ever actually tried showing a range test video on these to see how far you must be before the remote can no longer received reports from the vehicle? Yes you can to any alarm aftermarket or stock, cut the wires , on the end red on positive black on negative the other 2 wires 1 wire for alarm you connect to the door wire the other wire you can connect direct to the lights or horn. its only 4 wires / remember negative connect to your stock alarm lock unlock button it will take 17sec before the motion sensor is activated when powered.

Detection ranges of interior and exterior zones can be adjusted separately. The sensor works with 12 V power and requires 17 seconds power up before it begins detecting movement. this is bullshit. right after the car beeped he stepped back and then showed his foot and said he was two feet away from the car, look how much closer the camera was to the car before and after he showed his foot. on top of that, his windows open thats the only reason the sensor is working its meant for convertibles they dont work if the cars completely closed
