Thank you Derek for the update that actually sounds really good to me you know I want it remote if I can get it but having a maintained road is perfect to be honest with you I'm just waiting for my money to come on the 1st of the month at which time I'll be prepared to pay the down payment and then I'm not sure how soon after the down payment I have a monthly payment and if you could let me know that that would be great

Sounds good Lon! Monthly payments start 30-45 days after the down payment. I do this intentionally to allow folks to pick the day of the month that works best for them, as I know some periods are better than others for additional expenses.
