I started using Borescopes in the Navy for equipment inspections. When I retired I added one to my tool box immediately, $1600 at the time. With today's technology the units are more reliable and cost about half as much as the similar units of years past. LOOK and tryout before you purchase. I use only articulated units for the versatility and it is well worth the extra few bucks. GREAT equipment, good luck all.

Well said. The technology is moving fast to better image quality, smaller diameter, better lighting, more versatility and lower cost. We are at the front seat to witness the progress in recent years.
