Genji deflecting a Moira damage orb is kinda strong if that orb is deflected into a good position, right? It'll constantly be applying the dps passive if it's floating around and touching the enemy.

You're overthinking it a bit too much, the passive it's that strong. Bastion can shoot 300 bullets at the enemies and constantly apply the passive, yet he is one of the worst DPS right now (as he always should be)

Personally I would make it ramp up/down based on damage, so you just don't swipe an entrire enemy team with Mei to get everyone debuffed, while heroes like Cassidy cannot do that.

to be honest the dps passive should be reworked right now. The Dps passive Deleted Tanks from the game right now. you cant play a non dive tank cause you get shred in 1 second as a TANK and this isnt even a joke. The Powercreep is just insane with this aswell, personaly they should have changed the damage in the game instead of giving more health to everyone and then lose on 20% healing.

@@alainpavek693This exactly. Heroes with less damage and fast fire rate would increase it in a linear fashion while those with higher damage and a slow fire rate would increase it in a burst. Then after a second of not taking damage from a DPS the effect would decrease back down to 0. If they do ever add an icon to show that you're affected by the passive they could add a bar next to it that fills up, that way both you and your supports know how much their healing is gonna be reduced.

Moira doesn’t “Lifesteal” per se, it’s a set 20HP per second and is not affected by damage amplifiers from allies nor damage reductions from enemies.

Moira’s Biotic Grasp self-heal isn’t actually a lifesteal. It does a constant HPS if she’s dealing damage to an enemy hero, regardless of any damage modifiers. It’s affected by healing modifiers of course, but it’s not a true lifesteal like The Reaping.

The reason also why the health pack works normally, is because the Health Pack IS a Cleanse at the same time. Just like when you walk into a health pack after burning, you'll stop burning.

Ana’s anti nade doesn’t reduce healing by 100% it makes it so you can’t be healed aka healing can’t touch you. Dps passive reduces healing by 20%. That’s why health kits can’t be picked up when hit by anti.

I would've expected suzu to only heal 64hp if the debuff was still in effect. Can you test if all healing after suzu does NOT get debuffed also?

from what i understand, suzu clenses the dps passive but doesn't consider it a traditional debuff/negative effect like anti nade or burning (maybe it's because it's a passive or something idk) so if kiriko suzus someone affected by dps passive, it removes the passive, doesn't give bonus hp for removing a debuff, then all healing returns to normal on suzud heroes

With BOB and the Healing Passive, it only kicks in when a player is no longer in combat, so you should've had BOB stop shooting after taking damage for the test

"No longer un combat" in this context just means not receiving damage. You can shoot all day but as long as you didn't receive damage in the last 5 seconds you will regen

The dps passive needs to be adjusted a bit. As a support player I can see the health of my tank player constantly go down and take 5 and 1/2 years to go back up. If it could activate at like 20 dmg instead of 1 dmg that would be helpful. Or maybe they reduce it to 15% instead of 20%. I feel like I can’t play certain support heroes because then my tank will disappear from the game lol

now more than ever it's important on support to do more than heal. enemies can't shoot your tank if they're dead or if you're applying enough pressure to make them back off or turn their attention to you. healbots will never make it out of silver now

yes, because they are considered "pets" so it's basically an extension of the character meaning you did the dmg meaning you get the lifesteal, just like hanzos dragon in the video

Idea for new Tank passive: they take 20% more healing and 20% less damage if there are 2 or more allies close by. This will reduce the feeling that tanks get that they melt instantly while also boost team synergy. And now with the new DPS passive, tanks and supports are begging for a new passive too!

Probably would need a lot of numerical tweaking but i do like this idea, it manages to buff frontliners like rein and mauga while not providing as much for the current top tier dive tanks like ball and doom Edit: after commenting i realize top players would definitely find a way to abuse it and make dive tanks even better and harder to kill but ladder play would definitely be more balanced.

You get one shot as tank right now if you show you without a corner in 1 second and thats not what a tank should be like.(and Personally who likes ball XD)

I think the dps passive should be lowered some, but I also wouldn't mind the tanks getting some more armor (live longer but get healed just as fast). The game definitely needs some fine tuning after these changes though

1. Yes, the crit mechanic is built into the projectile so he does get auto crits vs burning targets 2. No. Damage amplified from discord is applied when the damage is done 3. Multiple Mercy damage boost DON'T stack but multiple Bap windows DO stack, but the effect is applied once per window, so Genji deflecting it back won't trigger another boost

Echo heals during ult rn (even if the copy takes dmg. bc the copy isn't technically echo so echo isn't taking DMG. So she can copy at 1hp and come out full rather than half of enough time passes.

Yes. Say you have a 100dmg fire strike with a 50% buff from nano. Genji is just deflecting a 150dmg projectile as if he were the one that fired it. He also adds any buffs he has to it. So say genji also has nano, he's now shooting back a 225 DMG projectile
