For the first clip- something Flats needs to remember is in GM, you can pick a character you're bad at and still have impact. The amount of times I've seen Flats pick Widow and everyone joke "Oh he's a bad Widow." but he still gets picks and can position/aim is leagues better then a comparative gold. So when people say "I'm bad at this hero." lower down... we're talking k/d of 2/17. It is not the same. XD

As natural you may be able to play a character, not only should you pick the character that applies to the team comp but the starter you start getting into playing that character you aren't great at, the faster you can start getting better at them. It's kinda trial by fire but sometimes that's what you need.

I wish I had a clip but after venture released I was playing them. Got charged by a rein and right clicked almost perfectly as I got pinned. I got the pinned text and the third person view then the charge for some reason let go of me but left the rein charging and I went forward with the drill but just got pinned again from the same charge 😂

lucio wasn't the correct choice for the first clip either. its why you should learn at least a few characters in the role you play. if they were comfortable with bap, moira, ana, kiri, or lifeweaver, those would've been better picks than lucio. perfect case as to why 1 tricks are just terrible to have on a team. you should almost never just go a character you aren't good at and have no intention to learn, just because it good for comp.

That first clip is simple, nobody cares what composition you should run as everyone has an ego boost. Supports won't play to benefit the tank, the DPS will run off and die alone and the tank will be incinerated within 3 seconds. Nobody plays for composition anymore
