I would say yes, ofcourse work culture is toxic not the work itself. The colleagues and seniors working there are such mentally unstable or have sadist or narcissistic personality that even if u finish work on time or do more work, they won't be happy untill they satisfy themselves with your tears literally. For them ur smile is poison for them and they everything to prove that your happiness is under their control, even they want to control your life, which turns the person to such extreme stress and depression that he turns to get alcohol or various drugs or he favours their seniors with various ways even sexual too. These days as girls and women are getting more in private job, the molesters personality is rising and they have to face severe problem.
