"Did not exclude him as the potential father" is NOT the same as it showing that he IS the father. The results have not been released to the public so it is speculation on our part whether he is or is not the father.

You don't have a reason why though. You don't know his reasons. People give up their kids when they know they can't be good parents to their kids... Are you going to shame parents for giving up their children for adoption too? There's only one side of this story being presented.
