Engaging with books has significantly elevated my perspective on investing. True wealth isn't built through mere savings; financial freedom stems from strategic investments. I've learned that accumulating wealth hinges on making prudent investment decisions.

I like to dive into a vat of frozen broken safety glass then press a button that activates a trash compactor then I escape frantically. Resets my dopamine and gives me enough endorphins for the whole day. Then I drink a mixture of 354 assorted vitamins, minerals, nutrients and anything my autistic sage healer told me to drink.

I am from Himalayan state ,thr is nothing like Himalayan pink sea salt..this is fake ..we have perennial rivers no sea..Himalayan pink salt is rock salt which is mined from big mountains
@Football__Junkie
@Football__Junkie 3 жыл бұрын
It’s called sea say because it has a similar ion composition to regular sea salt with maybe more potassium or other elements to give it a pink hue. I think the Himalayan part comes from the fact it’s mined from mountains instead of desalinated sea water. In the US, Himalayan pink sea salt is not sourced from the Himalayas. It’s just a funky name that doesn’t exactly correlate to what the substance is

I got a headache from listening to the “Fat”/Keto Agenda at the end: processed carbs are bad, therefore eat fat... and quite some examples are processed fat (olive oil, butter, bone broth); it’s just like carbs from Whole Foods don’t exist. This guy probably thinks that fruit is bad cos it contains sugar...

So much wrong here: -Saturated fat i terrible for you, it increases LDL cholesterol. The American Heart Association says to limit it to 13 grams. -3 g salt in the morning is insane! The American Heart Association advises max 1.5 grams per day. To much salt causes high blood pressure. -Carbs are not the enemy, refined sugars. Fruits and vegetables are still the most healthy thing you can eat. Eating mostly fat does not offer any metabolic advantage, instead it's generally unhealthy. Why would you listen to this "bro" instead of The American Heart Association and WHO.
@marko6489
@marko6489 4 жыл бұрын
But you said many wrong things yourself. LDL cholesterol is not bad. Saturated fat is bad only if it is mixed with sugars. If you are on keto, it's okay and encouraged. Fruits and vegetables are not the most healthy thing you can eat. That sentence doesn't not even make sense (nor anyone explicitly claims that. You've pulled that out of your ass. You are just repeating bs you've heard your whole life.). There is NO one SINGLE BEST THING. Everything contributes something that is essential to healthy life. Eating only fruits and vegetables is not going to cut it. Plus fruits nowadays are too sweat because of selective breeding. There is such thing as too much fruits so eating more fruits is not a good rule of thumb. Especially if you want to lose weight. You won't do that by raising your fruits intake. The whole premise of the american heart association and WHO is wrong. They try to generalize diet. Diet is a very personal need. What might work for one, does not for other. And diet is not as simple as math they enforce. Different biochemical pathways interact between each other so you often have cases like one i mentioned above where eating saturated fat is okay if you are on keto, but disaster if you are dependent on refined sugar. This concept of "maximum of 13 grams of.. per day." Is inheriently flawed. It's too simplistic. And that's why you shouldn't listen to those organisations. Hope that helps
@gallectee6032
@gallectee6032 4 жыл бұрын
@@marko6489 Yeah don't listen to WHO rather listen to what you want to hear. Smoking doesn't cause lung cancer as long as you don't eat oxidized carbs and sugars. That's because of these complicated biomedicinal pathways that interact in different ways. Selective breeding is only bad when you do it with fruits but even though the same has been done to animals it's still ok because that's what I want.
@PaulnJenna
@PaulnJenna 4 жыл бұрын
Yes! Somebody talking sense!!! Totally agree. The guy commenting on Keto made me chuckle. The whole keto fad is dangerous. It’s literally the bodies emergency state. Ok for short term but terrible for long term use. Sugar and carbs are life!!

I have seen many book summaries that are completely the same. The 6 pack abs super productive CEO or company owner author, have his magical method to be successful. He always gives a ridicoulous nutritional advice, recomends cold showers, journaling, meditation (or breathing techniques). It is like these kind of books are being industrially manufactured. All of them are completely identical. And the final detail...they always find an acronym like WOLF to summarize every step of his marvellous process to become Superman
