love this so much, as a gay hockey player I can definitely relate to this.

Amazing talk Shane. Keep speaking up and speaking the truth. It's so important to move football culture in a positive direction and lead by example. You are a true coach and a a true leader. No bull shit will ever result in anything authentic.

I'm tired of homophobia. So tired of it. Religion has played a cruel joke on humanity. So have governments. When will we stand up against it? Never? Why are things the way they are? It's not right.

Great to hear that he is getting the help he needs for his addiction. It takes a brave person to ask for help. I hope he does a talk when he is at Stanford about his addiction to Alcohol.

you should not be able to coach young boys being gay
@erichenryandersen8 жыл бұрын
Webb Goss , Do you think it would be inappropriate for a straight man to coach women/girls? Your argument is absurd. Sexual orientation has nothing to do with whether someone is qualified to coach a sport. Sexual orientation has nothing to do with professionalism. I hope you're path in life will teach you this lesson sooner than later. There is a movement of inclusion happening all around us. You are welcome aboard.

you should not be able to take another breath with that attitude. this is my uncle and he has gained more respect than you will ever get and or deserve
@amandacogger70144 жыл бұрын
Not all straight people can be trusted around children so your argument is flawed
