She’s not against him having a contract. They all agreed he should have a contract to make it clear to HIM what his job is. His own brother in law called him out for not following through on things he says he’s gonna do. From the previews it looks like he wants more money but if you’re half assing the job……you’re already getting paid more than what you do. She wants him to have a stable income because she knows how much he’s being paid and low key she agrees that he needs to put more effort into doing what they’re asking of him (come to work)
