@@OutcastLand Yoo Hoo! Your missing the point! If the video states Log Cabin on 10 Acres. We seen the acreage, but only one aspect of the cabin. Is there a black hole inside? Was it a 3D model? Was it a holywood prop with no interior?

My fiancee and I were looking at rural property, here in GA, and learned a lot- I don't know the laws in MO,and that particular county, but I would consider: If the property is zoned Recreational, owners may not be allowed to live there year round; Next, easements can be tricky-I'll let you research that; And finally: A cabin, zoned Recreational, and that far from the county road, probably doesn't have county utilities, which means you would first have get permits to sink a well and find out how deep the water table is and how much it costs, per foot, to drill. Next comes the septic tank....and on and on.... Gotta check the flood zone map, then whether any, or all, is protected federal property which severely restricts use of the land.
