I do have issues with my Lexus App for past 1 week. I thought it was because I switch from virgin mobile to Fido. I couldn’t see the charging status. Luckily the problem solved magically after watching your video.

I hope this is finally fixed. Last time it fixed and then broke again. Crossing my fingers here

you shouldn't have to pay for remote connect....you already bought the car. the only option i like is the car starter but i just learnt that you can use your fob to do it. No need for the lexus app. there is no way i will be paying. its like sirius radio....its works like AM radio....doesn't work everywhere...the signal gets cut off in tunnels or buildings.... why would you pay for that. i told the sirius representative there is free radio why would i pay.

I know you can start with the fob, but you should double check with your dealership if the fob will work if you don't subscribe to remote connect.

I have a NX 300 & the app never worked at all keeps saying try later, but It's 3° plz help me... how do i use the key to start my car🤔

We've not had any issues with the app and our 450h.

We have a 2022 NX350h, bought it used a couple months ago (Alberta). We ended up deleting the Lexus app from our iPhones as it caused connectivity problems. We also went back to the dealership, but they never responded to the list of issues we had with the app. Connecting Apple CarPlay over Bluetooth works fine so we just won’t use the Lexus app as it isn’t worth the hassle.

For NX350h it's less of a concern, but for the 450h+ it is harder to not get updates with charging status. What phone are you using?

We have iPhones 12&14… both were failing to connect when the app was installed 😮

My app is having issues like you. How can you actually fix that? My one is keep loading without any update and can’t use anything from the app 😂

Does your app start up. You trying to refresh data and not getting data?

@@lsft it seems like working against.😂. Over all I agree with you, PHEV owners are having big concerns about this useless app . Hope they can improve in the future.

If no ONE pay Lexus has to do something about that and get rid off that subscription Owners should stand together and not pay I know I am NOT PAYING PERIOD

Unfortunately that won't happen. They still have ppl with the trial periods and they just wont need to upgrade their infrastructure to support more cars.

No one should have to pay for subscription service. I think it’s terrible. You already bought the car. It should come with the car.

I do think the reason why they are asking for a subscription is for the 4G network cost. I don't know how much data the car sends and receives, but definitely the cost would help reduce their data cost.

Would you rather pay $2k for in car Navi? Maybe they should just give you the car free?

@@rich1958 remote connect is not for navigation. Drive connect is for navigation. The problem I have is to pay for features that a PHEV owner should have.

Has anyone figured out how to upload a photo in the app's account details? When I click on edit personal details and try to attach a photo, the only way that works is by taking a picture with my phone camera. If I choose the option to attach a photo from my gallery, I get prompted to enable app permissions in the Lexus app but al my permissions are set to allow communication with the rest of my device's apps. No matter what I try, I cannot upload a photo from my gallery Is anyone else facing this problem? Using android btw.

Looks like it's broken on the Android app. The iPhone app works properly. I would suggest you report this to their support team.
