After Finding this I have to stop and send my best wishes for Angels Family and friends. I Stay here in Phoenix Arizona. Originally from Oxnard California. Life is keeping me from going home. But I am not going to let crimes like this keeping me from loving my City. I just left Oxnard a while back in the new year time. Having the chance to visit my home town and family. With a chance to visit who have passed on recently in my family. My name is Johnny Lozoya Jr. full name Luis Benjamin Juan Lozya Jr. maiden name Ortiz'. I have many family members in Ventura County areas. I was born at Ventura County Hospital in 1976. I always try to keep in contact with my family their in Oxnard daily. Being you never know what life has in store. I know one thing our County is real good at finding the week guilty criminals that chose to act on the innocent. So in time I know the person or persons that inflicted this act will be caught. Their was a old case that hurt our County a long time ago a 1984 Olympic medalist was killed. We are known to be Land of Champions. We are a small island of good hearted people. And will always be. No one can change that. The out come of the case that hurt us in the past was solved and we got the guilty Lady that got away for 19 Years. It took time but our county is not fooled easily. Our people are strong and we will hold on and come to understandings and hope this murderer will be caught the same.
