@@lui459 are they looking to open back up the Fillmore excursion again for people to ride or are they just moving around local freight stuff

@@Chris-xc5lg They intend to both haul freight and operate excursion trains in the near future. However, their priority right now is to upgrade the right-of-way and raise the maximum speed limit on the line from 10mph to 25mph.
