Oxy-Dry re cleaning 30 year old rental home

This carpet had just been steam cleaned a few days ago but it has many stains remaining and has a blotchy and uneven appearance. The new tenants were very unimpressed with the outcome and had discovered animal hair on the baseboards when they wiped them down. I did a very thorough vacuuming on all the carpet before beginning the cleaning and filled the bag about 3/4 full on a carpet that had just been steam cleaned! I used my brush as the first step in the cleaning to ensure the edge along the wall was effectively cleaned of any hair etc although I had used my edge tool but I decided this was the best course of action for this customer.

Your videos are really becoming an industry resource. I notice alot of people using the SETT terminology now. I have one small, tiny, insignificant, itsy bitsy, critique. I notice in almost every video you try to defend your method by saying " I have been doing this for 30 years." Whist this is true it makes you look like an old curmudgeon who is set in his ways and does not want to learn anything new. I notice that you are constantly expanding your knowledge and updating your techniques, equipment and accessories so you are clearly not set in your ways. I would humbly suggest you should say "I have been *refining* my technique for 30 years in a constant search for improvement and excellence." That is a better marketing approach I think. What do you think?

Thank you, I actually have said often that I am always learning and improving. Just recently I was saying I have used every method and draw on my experiences with them all to do what I do today. To be more accurate I have actually been carpet cleaning for 50 years but started Oxy-Dry 30 years ago. Yes I am that old.
