I will be trying even harder settings vs. my last hardmode playthrough. This time we are on Oasisse the hot desert planet. No care packages this time either. Can we survive in Oxygen Not Included?

Hello friends!
Duplicants everywhere are chilling out with Meep's Manadatory Recreation Content Pack! This free content pack contains a set of new recreation buildings to help our Duplicants relax and enjoy the leisure time all that Automation has brought to them.
As well, we've added a new mechanic called “Overjoyed Responses” which gives a chance of bonus improvements to decor or productivity along with new Overjoyed reaction animations when Duplicant morale is much higher than expectations!
The team has been hard at work these last few months improving performance issues, building Meep’s Recreation Pack, as well as working on bigger things for the future.
We've fixed a number of bugs in this update as well, so thank you to everyone who has reported bugs in the forum! We always appreciate your reports and feedback!

Rockets properly turn off and on manual deliveries when they launch. (No more oxylite delivery while the rocket is in space!)

It's great to see you're taking challenge ideas from previous series, allot were thrown out there in Frozen Rime, and starting a new asteroid with the added difficulty. * Regular dreckos can eat mealwood and balm lily (and pincha pepper). Feeding them mealwood eventually turns them into glossy dreckos. I looove those for plastic, but since you want reed fiber balm lily is the best choice. Keep in mind that they need to be in hydrogen to grow their scales! So you need that bit of hydrogen on top. If anything you should minimize the time they spend in the chlorine * I've read something that ranching doesn't benefit from light because it doesn't have a progress bar. Not sure though

Light doesn't effect grooming speed, also now that things are kinda stable I suggest do a hard priority reset to 5 (all priorities) just to make projects done faster I hope

I love these series that you do! It’s so calming to watch and chill 😂 my most recent oxygen not included series on my channel is a speed run with 10x speed! It goes so dang fast it’s hard to keep up. I’m thinking of doing a rime series after my main one (verdante). I might do harder settings for that (I’ve always been too scared to go past default 😂😂). Keep it up!!

Yeah you probably should get the cooling loop for the industry fast, once it gets hot your dupes might not be able to go there for repairs etc. Just an idea, ethanol would be good to use in the cooling loop.

Hey, if I recall correctly, Dreckos need Hydrogen to grow their scales for shearing. If you make a ranch, make sure to have an open door that lets the Dreckos be able to go out into a room with Hydrogen in it.

Dreckos can walk on walls and ceilings. Hydrogen rises to the top. So it's fine to have a half oxygen/hydrogen or chlorine/hydrogen room depending on what you grow.

That would make ranching them insanely difficult and waste space. The best bet is a tall room with hydrogen at the top and oxygen/chlorine in the bottom half for their food

Grind This Game I love grinding almost all games, some of them are just super tedious and/or take forever. A game I like is called Factory Idle, it is a free browser game, where you build your own factory and slowly, and I mean SLOWLY, make your way up to the ending, after a year of idling it, I still haven’t made it

Aquatuner. It's the #1 cooling device in the game, but they ideally need steel and also a lot of energy. So it's still a bit away

You're using germy clean water to grow your bristle blossoms, so you kind of are using water for food just fyi :D

The toilets are gonna back up again! There is nowhere for the excess water to go. Maybe just have the Blossoms feed off the excess toilet water after the electrolyzer?

The extra toilet water isn't really *that* much. 6-7 kg per dupe. One oxyfern needs 19kg per cycle. So they can easily use it up

It prevents any gasses from getting out. The airlock door allows little bits to get out when it is open. If you search for liquid lock oxygen not included you should see some guides. Easy to build.
