We make this using sea astor instead off spinach!Astor grows on the beach and is virtually the same!👍🏴☠️

I don’t think he opened them wrong. I think that when he had all that cracked shell on his knife he should’ve wiped the knife off and continued prying the shell open. I would also never rinse an oyster after opening. That’s the liquor and it is delicious! To each their own it’s cooking not brain surgery! Have fun!

Um he rinsed them out so no bits of sand and shell.
