I love that Alvarez used Schillinger’s desperation to have Beecher killed to humiliate him. Miguel had absolutely no intention of helping Vern whatsoever in killing Beecher, but by placating Vern’s ego by listening to his offer and then getting Vern to immediately reverse of his conviction of being this principled anti-drug man therefore making Vern a sniveling hypocrite was next-level trolling. 😂

Of course what Vern doesn't know is that Wittlesey is conspiring with Beecher to have Schillinger's parole sabotaged by framing Vern for conspiracy to commit murder which is what happens and Schillinger faces another 10 years in Oz as a result with no chance of parole.
