The good part is this is going to be mediated by a 3rd Party who will be able to bring some semblance of order. Blaire's lawyers will most likely tell her to sit down and shut up and advise her to be prepared to actually compromise. They will also start to ask for the back up/evidence of her claims to prepare for discovery. Once they find out she doesn't have much (if any) evidence they will push her to take a deal.

I think the last estimate from Oz which was months ago was about $40K on only his side. Blair had to have a lawyer craft the entire lawsuit so her expenses would be much much higher. It’s most definitely in the six figure range, potentially touching the $200K mark. With a full trial you could easily touch a half million. A half million just for your ego is disgusting imo.

Me too, but I’m also inclined to believe that she wouldn’t agree to anything else than what she wants, and what she wants is further the abuse. So yeah, mediations can rarely work in cases like these. And I say this as someone that has an abusive ex that wanted to go to court (it didn’t go her way just cause she’s also really stupid and so clear in every intent once you’re not under her spell, and no one else was, so in the end I was “lucky”). But I hope with all my heart that Oz can archive his goals and heal from the trauma. And I hope that if mediation doesn’t work as I think, that the judge will be able to see the clear manipulation and abuse that happened and that all her shenanigans will be brought to light. She deserves to face the consequences of her own actions and decisions, only thing she deserves in life imo.

If she settles it's almost certainly going to be in a very bad form for her, if it goes to trial it's going to be really bad for her, if it even goes to discovery it's going to be bad for her. She's effectively in a lose-lose situation, and her only chance is to drag this out as long as possible. as awful of an experience this is to Oz (and everyone else) and i wish it wasn't happening, the only comforting thought is that i genuinely cannot see an outcome to this where blair wins. there is just so much evidence against her and her behavior this entire time has only damaged her image even more. i know our legal system is majorly messed up so unfortunately there is still a very real possibility that blair could win this, but with the overwhelming evidence against her from her own mouth, i feel like not even a corrupt court would wanna side with her LOL at the very least if she does end up winning this, she will have to operate in complete secrecy to even ATTEMPT to mass the audience she once had, and i think we all agree that even with outsourcing and hiring actors or using AI she will NEVER even get close to her glory days again 😂 and the second someone figures out it's her, she'll be ran off of youtube again 😂😂 every time i lose a bit of hope on this case i just think about how un-peaceful her life will be after no matter what the ruling is and let out a little mirthful giggle lol

Blair should just give up. The courts are like no. The law is like no. The people who used to watch her are like no. All she had to do was say I was bad I sowwie. then end it there. but she f's up by continuing. what could have been a week of KZbin drama and hearsay turned into her being exposed for doing terrible things. Because even with sad milk people speaking up. she could have said "I assumed the worst of people and as a journalist, I paid for people to find the truth of people I believed to be bad. however, I was mistaken and will be better moving forward. I was not the best boss and I will make right with my former employees." something that could have been minor drama and a check turned into this.
