It just goes to show where most people’s relationship with “healthcare” is at right now. I heard about it on the news and thought that there’d be no way people would be dumb enough to use that for weight loss. I can understand your concerns here, but I really don’t think you’re being fair to people who are in desperate need of help. Do you know anyone who has a major food addiction? It’s not as easy to “follow these 5 steps” as you’re making it out to be. There are time, money, support and educational constraints with little to no physiological assistance to people with an ADDICTION. Would you tell an alcoholic or a heroin addiction to just “follow these 5 steps” to clean up? And it’s probably easier to actually say that to them since you don’t NEED alcohol and heroin to live once you kick the habit. Your body needs food. Yes this is being abused by many who are just trying to be the skinniest chick at the beach. But it’s also saving lives. Lives that can’t wait for another decade of testing. Lives that are given a chance to breath…and learn…and feel for the first time what they’re capable of when their body isn’t rebelling and constantly demanding more and more food. I just feel that if you’re going to report on the concerns, you should at least not bash those who are using it for desperate needs.

Being told the truth isn't bashing anyone. These people will lose weight without any effort, no lifestyle change, no therapy. Their insurance will cut them off because you can bet they aren't paying $10,000 a year for someone's willpower in a needle. Then since they've learned nothing, they will gain it all back and then some. Ozempics own trials tell us this.

many cultures in past history lived on very little, mostly raw fruit. They were strong, lived long lives. Keep it simple. less is more. we don't need pills or supplements. eat fruit.
