Just cut out sugar, carbs and chemical additives in highly processed foods. It will be a while but more and more doctors are coming to see the truth about saturated fats and beef as opposed to artery clogging vegetable seed oils. Our brain needs cholesterol and if you don't get enough it will manufacture its own on a daily basis.

Very true but most dont make that change, even tghe gastric bypass patents. May will learn to eat around the bypass regaining all if not most of the weight
